Phylip is highly regarded for his drive, enthusiasm, and vision. CRN has recognised him on their Annual ‘A-List’ as being one of the 100 most influential people in the UK Technology Sector and PCR Magazine as one of the top 50 Tech Executives in the UK.
His life is spent helping people and organisations turn their dreams into reality. On numerous occasions, this has meant creating new companies and businesses when opportunities were identified.
“I love business and the opportunity it creates to give people choices. I started my first company when I was 19 years old with my younger brother from a bedroom on a farm in West Wales – I loved it and never looked back!”
Phylip loves meeting people, solving problems, spotting opportunities, and inspiring others. His most recent primary role is leading Pax8 UK’s growth and expansion into and across Europe simplifying the way organisations buy, sell and manage cloud solutions.
Further Phylip is also the founder and chairman of AVAD group. AVAD and it’s ecosystem of businesses supports SME’s through providing support with leadership, resources and more, assisting the business leaders in their pain points, navigating them to success.
Phylip and his wife Ruth have three children, a grandson and two dogs. They love developing commercial and residential properties. They live near the beautiful market town of Llandeilo, West Wales where they built their latest dream home in 2013.
